05/27/2010: The fact that DiagnoseIS is user friendly for both psychologist/assistant and clients is often confirmed by users. More impressive is that revalidation patients even prefer the specially selected tablet over paper tasks. Besides the intuitive pen, they are happy to be relieved of moving, folding paper. The image of the test shown on the display is regarded sharp and clear. Even the elder patients enjoy performing the tests using DiagnoseIS.

Launch IT invests in LabVIEW Developer Suite, incl. RT

05/13/2010: Allthough LabVIEW software combined to National Instruments hardware is often the ultimate solution for many projects, small and large, customers often hesitate to buy the suite since it seems more expensive than other alternatives. Good news for these customers: Launch IT buys the complete suite, as well as the Real Time modules, implementing solutions for these applications for the same, fair rates you are used to at Launch IT. Ofcourse we still offer solutions in any other common programming language as well.

First screenshots of GUII 2.0

04/26/2010: The image below shows the first images of our new Graphic User Inspection Interface, GUII 2.0. In this complete redesign, you will find many new features, such as the thumbnails allowing user friendly browsing through error images. Also, GUII 2.0 will now support PPT Vision systems, besides the already implemented SICK cameras. Furthermore, it is possible to add DLLs for other types of cameras because of the new, completely dynamic design using hardware abstraction. Schleifenbauer Developer Community

03/21/2010: Developers of software for the intelligent power distribution and measurement units by Schleifenbauer Products, used in datacenters, are now offered the opportunity of cooperating in the Schleifenbauer Developers Community (SDC). This Open Source project, managed by Launch IT, and hosted on SourceForge, supports programmers by providing APIs, FAQs, Forums, Bug Tracking and more. Also, the dot Net API, developed by Launch IT, is available through the SDC. Furthermore, you will find the first approach to a PHP interface class there, contributed by Peter Kuiper (StayClose), as well as a Perl example.
